Raymond Goins began his design career in 1996, when he opened R.L. Goins Studio in Atlanta, Georgia. Originally hailing from South Carolina, Raymond had moved to Atlanta, the cultural center of the South, with intentions of an active career in art. Today, under his direction, R.L. Goins is Atlanta’s premiere high-end studio. Services range from made-to-order designs to the finest finishes, original artwork, and restorations. When he is not in his studio, Raymond is busy creating original designs and working with clients on their interiors projects. He spends his free time perfecting his art and techniques.

Raymond’s efforts, motivation and relentless spirit have resulted in wide acclaim for his work. His designs are pictured in numerous publications, and he has been dubbed Atlanta’s “Furniture Maverick” for his eye for design and his unconventional approach to color and finishes.
